Ice Hockey is national’s sport of Latvia. It’s also the national support of Canada in winters. Field Hockey is played on grass. In modern field hockey is played Astroturf mat. They look like grass but have the hard mat. This game is most famous in Tier 3 countries. Bandy hockey is national support of Russia. This game is played on football size pitch. There are other things which can save from injury. It includes shoes, knee pads, chest protector, elbow pads, mouth guard, shin pad, helmet for the keeper, and pad for keeper, gloves and neck guard all things required to play hockey. In this game injuries are common. It is necessary to wear all equipment to save their bodies and bruises. These things will reduce the chances of injury and will help in playing a good game. If anything is less about wearing equipment, the injury chances will be increased.

There are 24 teams are from the United States, and 7 teams belong to Canada. The headquarter of national hockey league is in New York. This is the league of professional ice hockey players. It is considered professional premier ice hockey league in the world. The oldest professional sports trophy in North America is Stanley cup.
